Joe Mendoza has over 33 years of law enforcement experience. He has managed over 100 critical incidents and the creation of over 65 critical incident videos. Joe has spent many years of experience coordinating information releases to the community as well. In addition, he has experience with SB 1421 & AB 748 compliance and agency risk aversion.

Cole Spurrier is a critical incident video specialist for CIC with 20 years of law enforcement experience. He is currently a sergeant with one of the largest law enforcement agencies in the nation and his experience includes 4 years with the United States Air Force Security Forces. Cole has been an integral part of creating his agency’s Body Worn Camera Unit since 2015, and assisted in creating the department’s critical incident video process. Since 2020, Cole has been involved in the creation of over 65 critical incident videos.

John Hunter is a retired Lieutenant from one of the largest law enforcement agencies in the nation with over 30 years of law enforcement experience. Recently, he has worked with a team to create over 50 critical incident videos for public release. In addition, he has extensive knowledge in teaching, training, curriculum development, and project management.

Founder, Media Producer

Sean Jacobs is a 4 time Emmy Award winning media producer with 15 years experience working in the private and public sectors including 9 years producing content for law enforcement training and public messaging. In addition, Sean has produced numerous critical incident videos for his agency and was part of the first team to create the visual structure that was used for dozens of incidents.
